New SharpCap 2.10 Beta Build Available

#1

Post by admin »

I have just uploaded a new beta build of SharpCap 2.10 - version 2.10.3595

http://www.sharpcap.co.uk/sharpcap/down ... a-versions

If you are upgrading from build 3567 then the changes are
  • Add ROI availability for ASCOM cameras
  • Fix issues in Focus score ROI area
  • Ensure that ENTER and Esc keys can be used to accept/cancel dialogs
  • Various bug fixes from bug reports
  • Add a notification when using features that will be part of SharpCap Pro
I will also be enabling this build for auto-update this evening.

cheers,

Robin

So 2.10.3595 had a bug in it where it would crash if you exited from Live Stack mode or any of the FX selections (or focus score or histogram for that matter) and didn't select a different one of these items to go to

Fortunately I had a look at the submitted crash reports this evening and found a whole bunch from this bug, so it is now fixed in build 2.10.3600 which I have uploaded and pushed as an auto-update too.

Sorry about that folks, I do try to avoid that sort of thing, but it does happen from time to time with the beta versions.

cheers,

Robin
