Number Sequence of pictures

Hi Guys and Gals,
This is my first post, I start with 15 frames from start capture, then when done, I repeat, is there a way to make the numbers to carry on after each new folder, instead of starting over 1-15, this way I can keep an eye on how the focus is going on....instead of doing 1 capture with 100 frames then going to throw away half of them, I do have the Pro version
