Why does Create Flats make separate files?
Maybe I am not remembering settings, but following the create Darks script gave me a final stacked Dark master. Doing it with Flats script gave me only separate files. Is this normal? Goal is to take care of the flats with dark-flats. Better to stack two sets rather than two masters?

Re: Why does Create Flats make separate files?
Hi,
if you use 'Capture flat' then you should only get the final flat frame saved (well, the individual frames go into your temporary directory, but get deleted when the master frame is created). The most recent updates to SC4.0 allow you to capture dark flats (or is it flat darks) rather than bias frames as part of the capture flat process if you want.
cheers,
Robin
