Hello
I apologise if this is covered somewhere in the forums, but here goes.
I have usb 2.0 to hdmi from my laptop to a big screen tv. The tv resolution displayed is somewhat less than the laptop, the laptop displays the full resolution of the camera I am using (1920 x 1080). The stacked image is not as detailed on the tv as it is on the laptop screen.
My question is when I save a stacked image, either exactly as seen or without histogram tweaks, will it appear like the coarser tv view, or will it be saved at the full camera resolution of 1920x1080?
thanks for any insight
Bob

Re: nuance with save as seen with big screen tv
Hi Bob,
it will be saved at full resolution, the 'as seen' bit really refers to the brightness/colour balance/stretch that is visible on screen being used in the saved file, not the resolution being reduced.
cheers,
Robin
