Is SharpCap Pro compatible with the MoonLite NiteCrawler? The NiteCrawler is both an focuser and rotator. The vendor provides an ASCOM driver. However, in SC settings/hardware I do not see a field for Rotator. Am I out of luck?
Thanks.

Re: MoonLite NiteCrawler compatibility?
Hi,
SharpCap will only see the focuser side of your device (at least I think it will see the focuser - I know for sure it won't see the rotator...).
As you've noticed, there's no support for field rotators in SharpCap - they aren't something that I have ever used or owned, so I'm lacking in the practical and theoretical knowledge required to understand how to support them properly. Traditionally, SharpCap has come at imaging from the other direction of taking short exposures and dealing with the field rotation in live stacking.
cheers,
Robin
