Hi Scott,
if your dark frames have the same exposure as your light (whether you used 'Capture Dark' or captured them manually) then a Bias frame should be unnecessary. Flats should be captured either with the flat capture tool in SharpCap (which has the option of an inbuilt bias subrtraction - turn that on), or manually, in which case you should also capture dark flats (same settings as the flats, but with no illumination).

Yes, I covered the telescope end with the cap. I believe I did everything correct as far as capturing.

Nice image of this difficult to image area of space. Best to avoid mixing processing software - it never ends well (plenty of forum posts on here to attest to that).
