I have a Celestron 6SE with a Celestron Focuser installed. Up to now I use CPWI and Sharpcap and bring over the focuser window from CPWI.
I understand that I should be able to focus right in SharpCap the same as my mount control.
So far I have been unable to have the focuser show up in SharpCap.
Under the Sharpcap file settings in hardware which of the options do I select for the focuser. Are there anymore steps I need to take?
thanks Mark

Re: Setup Celestron Focuser
Hi Mark,
if you have a list of items showing up in the focuser selection then it sounds as though you have ASCOM Platform already installed (good). One of the items in the list will hopefully have Celestron or CPWI in the name - select that one and save the changes. A focuser control should then appear in the right hand side when you open your camera.

cheers,
