Pro Licence - but polar align not highlight

Hi Im new here so sorry for the really poor question.

Ive just bought the pro licence - can copied and pasted the key into the pro licence box - the licence shows as green and valid.

I want to use sharpcap to polar align - but when I click on tools the polar align is in grey so I cannot click it.

Ive just downloaded sharpcap and no connected it to my guide camera as yet - do I need to connect before the polar align option will high light or have I missed a step with the licence?

Hi Sean,

Yes, you need to select your camera and have that running in SharpCap before you can choose the polar alignment option.
