Hi,
I think you will not find one for that exact combination, but you may well find separate tutorials that discuss both the Nexstar mount and SharpCap or the 183 camera and SharpCap. You may be able to find video tutorials that help on YouTube.
You could also try starting off with the documentation...

There are sections on ZWO cameras, Ascom mount control and getting started that all might be helpful.
