From the download page I cannot seem to find a way to download Pro to a new computer I need it on. Do I need a second license for a second computer to run SC?

there is no special download for pro, just download the normal version, install it and add your pro license. You don't need a second license. More details on these questions and other licensing ones here : https://store.astrosharp.co.uk/faq
