Sequence capturing

Hi, I am unsure of how to perform a sequence of captures with a gap between each one. If I'm taking, for example 60s captures with a 10 second gap between each, Do I:

- Set the interval between captures at 10s

or
- set the interval between captures at 70s

Set the interval to 10s - SharpCap runs the timer starting from when each capture completes and starting the next when the timer finishes.
