Good day guys,
wondering if could be possible to run sharpcap for stacking not live from your camera but from a monitoring folder which woulb be network folder.
The scenario is to have ASIAIR handle and take the pictures in its 32GB card and then SharpCap sitting in a powerful laptop monitors a network folder '//10.10.x.x' and do the rest..
is it possible? Do i miss something here?
Thanks

Re: stacking from a network folder
Hi,
you would probably need to specify the server name and path with backslashes not forward slashes
If that doesn't work you could try mapping the folder as a network drive (i.e. give it a drive letter like Z:)
Cheers, Robin

Code: Select all
\\server\path\to\folder
