Sensor Analysis - Temperature

Is the sensor analysis temperature dependent on the temperature of the sensor? Does it matter if I have the cooler turned off or on?

The temperature of the sensor makes hardly any difference at all to the sensor analysis results because almost all of the images taken are very short (certainly less than one second, most of them much less than that).
