there is currently no active beta testing program - I expect that to begin in October and builds will be available here http://www.sharpcap.co.uk/sharpcap/down ... a-versions in due course.
If you are interested in alpha testing then I can add you to the alpha tester's forum which will allow you to access the download links and alpha discussions.
