Set Priority to High Fixes Lock-ups on Surface Pro 4

I was having significant issues with SharpCap locking-up or freezing. However, I believe I have found a solution. Set the SharpCap priority to High. I have found this to make my Surface Pro 4 run much smoother and not lock-up. Real-time may also work, but I have not verified this.

The priority will not be saved if you use "Task Manager". Each time you run SharpCap you need to go to "task manager" "details" and reset the priority. To save the priority you need a more advanced task manager replacement. Search online for instructions on how to do this.

I have only verified this on my Surface Pro 4, no other platforms.
