Capture to begin at a specified time
I use SharpCap and the QHY174M-GPS camera to record asteroid occultations (predicted to occur at a specific time). I'd welcome if, under "Start Capture", that you could enter a time (referenced to the computer's clock) when a capture (or capture sequence) would begin. This would be VERY helpful when putting out "unattended stations" (telescopes) - to gather more chords (occultation recordings). Thanks.

Hi,
please check out the SharpCap 4.0 beta which has a sequence planning tool which allows you to wait until a specific time before capturing

Note: was going to be SharpCap 3.3, now 4.0
cheers,
Robin

Hello,
If you want more complicated ... you can use a script function for doing that.
Robin mentions here: viewtopic.php?p=17827#p17827
I try, but I never achieved the correct script for using the function. (So I have no working script for programming master/slave mode of the camera)
Regards,
Jean-Francois
