I would like to suggest, a feature.

That video capture, can be started at certain times and then stopped at certain times.

So say, I can record between 10 and 11 pm on June 2, then record between 2 am to 4 am on June 3, as example

Hi,

I already have plans for an observing plan engine that will let you schedule various actions in sequence, which might well allow this sort of functionality. If you want to do it now then using the built in Python scripting engine would certainly make this possible.
