Can you add a way to permanently disable the auto selection of file type? I get the idea of this but I don't know how much it helps people.

For example, my camera for planets always stays on AVI and i'd like to keep my DSO camera on FITS. When I go to shoot flats my DSO camera changes to AVI or SER due to the short exposure times. Can you add a way to turn this off?

this can already be turned off in the options – go to the general tab and uncheck the 'start cameras with auto output format' option. See the docs for more info –https://docs.sharpcap.co.uk/3.2/#General%20Tab
