Great work :) How do they look with a slightly stronger stretch to bring more nebulosity out? They look as though they could cope with that.

M42 was a CN challenge to see how much nebulosity you could capture and still resolve the trapezium.

Here is a processed Flame/Horsehead with Startools and Photoshop:
