Mallincamsky DS10c TEC with Mallincamsky coma corrector. Flats, Darks and subs acquired by Sharpcap. Gain 3000, Exp. 30 seconds, 89 subs.
Normally the image would have considerable colour but the smoke from the US fires blotted out everything by 2 AM

Thanks to Sharpcap I was able to make decent flats for the first time ever with this camera. Dan Kahraman

Great work, Dan! Even with clear skies M33 is a difficult target that requires lots of integration time to get a good bright image.

Nice!! I tried M33 and it's way more difficult to capture then I thougt.

M33 is indeed a challenge for brightness in images. Smoky skies cleared for one beautiful night when I could make it to our club “dark sky” site - Bortle 4 - much better than my home suburban Bortle 7 sky. M33 was one of several galaxies I was able to capture with SharpCap pro livestack 75 frames, 7.28 sec per frame, 546 seconds total at a gain of 513 - yikes! It worked with my ASI 294 MC pro cooled to 10C. Minor curves adjust in Digital Photo Professional and minor wavelet sharpening in Registax 6 to make this image, reduced in size for posting. Scope is my Starmaster hybrid truss 14.5” f4.3 Zambuto mirror Dobsonian reflector, camera at prime focus with Baader MPCC coma corrector.

Nice shot wish people would stop imaging M33 making me want to revisit now currently lashing down here but might clear for the weekend so fingers crossed.
