M57 : my very first LRGB image

#1

Post by numchuck »

This is my very first LRGB image . 20 minutes total on each filter , 8 second frames on luminance , 24 second frames on R , G , and B . Taken with SharpCapPro and an ES127 refractor with QHY183 , aligned and registered with DeepSkyStacker , and processed with StarTools . Guiding wasn't great but with all this newness , something had to give . I stared at the COLOR module until I was almost blind and I have no idea what M57 is really supposed to look like ; but here it is .
