Nebulae in H-alpha, part 2

Post by umasscrew39 »

A few more using the Astrodon H-alpha filter with a ZWO ASI 1600MM Pro cooled at -10; gain 300. Taken with a C11" EdgeHD @f/7 and stacked 300s x 4 (20 min total exposures) using PHD2 guiding.

Also have a nice Cresent N but could not reduce it enough to post.

To prepare images for the forum, I have had good results with https://www.faststone.org/. Then I post the full size on my Astrobin account at https://www.astrobin.com/users/turfpit/. The structure forces some discipline with recording data capture details. I have found this useful to be able to look back over old captures.
