Some more Live Stack highlights from the last few nights of broadcasting on NSN. Latest version of SharpCap that has the new dithering settings that stops the wasting of entire light frames during the dither and settle. Follow any image link for more details. We've had some cooler than normal weather with lower than average humidity with gives some nice clear nights.

Nice shots Wikkett, how did the dither work for you as I saw the post from Robin with the change but have not had a chance to try it yet as I have never dithered at present due to the time loss associated with it. But will give it a go next time we get a clear sky.
Cheers

A good night's work as always Wikkett - the images are good value for 30s exposures. I particularly liked the M33 (having done battle with it recently). The lunar image with drizzle 1.5 was interesting - I have reprocessed one of mine to good effect.

Thanks for your kind words. The new PHD2 dithering process is working great. While PHD2 is dithering SC lowers the exposure to 1 second and keeps looping 1 second images that are ignored for live stacking. Once PHD2 indicates dithering and settle is complete normal exposure resumes and live stacking continues. Had no issues with the process.
