I've been blessed with a series of clear nights. As fall approaches I've been able to capture some old favorites in the early AM just before sunrise. Not the greatest images but a sure sign that the seasons are changing. I for one am ready for longer nights and cooler weather. An other hottest summer on record and winter can't come soon enough.

Equipment:
Stellarvue SV70T, Stellarvue .8 reducer / flatner
ZWO ASI294 MC Pro -10c
SharpCap 3.2.6097 64bit Live Stacking with flats and darks

Very good Wickett. I think the M42 image is good return for 10 minutes capture time.

Thanks Dave. I've had very little sleep the past 3 days as we've had some amazingly clear nights for this time of year.

Hi,

Great to see that our winter favourites are coming back. I had a lovely view of Orion rising in the early hours while camping a couple of weeks back and it's always a thrill to see these winter objects returning to our skies. Great images!

Cheers, Robin
