Hi Robin,

I only get 5 stars max. not 15 as supposed to. I use a ZWO 1071C on a RASA and Titan 50 mount. My skies are to Mv 6.0.
That said, I have tried an increase in Gain and Exposure but no deal. So how can one get more stars?? Can I do an accurate plate solve/PA with only 5 stars?

Aside, will Sharp Cap ever cater for Starlight Express cameras? I've tried ASCOM for the SX25C but most times S/Cap hangs.

I'm assuming that you can see more stars in the field of view than 5 but they aren't being detected. If you are already adjusting the gain upwards and have tried exposures in the 2s to 8s range then the next thing to do is play with the star detection settings for polar alignment and try 3.0 (better star detection code). Another thing to try would be to drop the resolution by using 2x2 or even 4x4 binning - it would make things a lot quicker too!
