I am trying to use the Polemaster camera to PA with SharpCap. Others have had success with this camera but it only worked for me the first time I used it. Once I closed the SharpCap program and reopened it I get a white screen even with the gain and exposure turned to minimum. Anyone have this problem?

Hi,

This very problem is being discussed here – viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1807

You will find workarounds and more information in that thread. It looks like QHY have broken this in their latest SDK and it is something that they need to fix. Please feel free to join the list of people who have reported the bug to them.

Does anyone know if the QHY Polemaster camera now works with SharpCap?
