Is there a way to polar align your equitorial mount using SharpCap4 if the view of Polaris. Is obstructed by leafy trees?

Hi,
not currently, no, although with SharpCap now including a built in plate solving engine, it's something I might consider in the future. The other alternative is to buy a 'SharpCap' brand chainsaw

I might loose an arm Robin 
Fortunately my G11 is permanently setup on a pier. And it has been polar aligned using SC Pro 4. Polar alignment routine. FYI. I think this is excellent and saves a lot of time.
