SharpCap and TimeBox

Hello There !
Here is my setup : ZWO ASI294MC connected through a USB 3.0 cable in a good Hub USB ( I have no choice to use one). My computer's specifications are :
Intel Pentium Silver N5000 1.1GHz
4Gb RAM
Windows 10
Intel UHD Graphics 605
To this computer, is also connected a TimeBox from Shelyak ! Thanks to this tool, i was able to make some statistics of the precision of the timestamps of my snapshots. Here is How i proceeded : I seted up the LED firing at the beginning of every UTC seconds. The LED would light up during 1ms (given from the constructor of this TimeBox).
I was able to shoot 87 time the LED at an exposure time of 1ms. Which is sufficient to build some statistics. The Average offset is 221ms and the standard deviation 39.7ms. The standard deviation is way too high ! Do you have any recommandation in order to minimize this standard deviation ? it would Help so much!
Thanks in advance for your help and for the software
