Let me know if you find anything in the Sharpcap registry.

When I do go out in the field again with real data, I will try one image and stop and save the capture and I will go look in the directories for raw frames. If I do find some, what would you like me to do? I definitely have the raw frame option currently un-checked.

I tried running with your registry settings loaded onto my computer and I still couldn't make the raw frames save except when they should be. I am going to put some extra logging into the next version of SharpCap to see if we can track down how the option is being turned on unexpectedly.
