some questions that i have, 1] i understand that the "daytime green" thing is normal, but what are the best sharpcap settings for this camera? 2] the standard usb lead is not long enough. i do have a Lindy 10m repeater which works nicely with Zwo cameras, but keeps "cutting out" ...

The main point of my post is that your first dark is actually a light frame (it has stars in it). That will not have helped with the quality of your master dark and potentially produces the problem you are seeing.
