This was also happening to me, but only when connecting my ASI 183MM camera and not my ASI 294MC camera. The very latest version of SC4 has now eliminated this behavior. Than k you for all that you do for us SC users Robin!

Robin, just to let you know that I tried your most latest recent sc 4 release and the crashing that I had in Sharcap prior to this version is completely gone using all enhancement features in the live stacking. Thanks again for your excellent dedication and fine work.

Just to point out an error regarding the ASI 294MC Pro has a 14bit ADC w/ 13 stops DR and not 12 bit ADC.

Robin, if my memory serves me right I believe it did only crash when I selected the Weiner Deconvolution because I do remember selecting Unsharp Mask first and then right away selected Weiner Deconvolution and that's when Sharpcap crashed on me. Chris, this happened to me using the latest version during my April 19th broadcast. Yes we can turn off PHD2 & SC but when you have a camera like ZWO where it's cooler rapidly warms up this is not good for potential frost/condensation. +++ for dark frame subtraction! This is really the only accurate way to remove hot pixels and that is why people who image use it along with removing dark current.
