Re: All Sky Plate Solver GUI
ASPS hasn't been updated for a few years now. I used to use it before running into problems. I use ASTAP instead now, which works a lot better for me inside Sharpcap. You can use it to solve outside Sharpcap too but I haven't tried that.

Re: Sparkocam
Your FOV with your set up in video mode is 0.56 x 0.37 degrees, I think with along with the reduced exposure time (Sparkocam won't go below 1/4 second exposure with my 600D) that you're going to struggle. If Sparkocam had let you use longer exposures it could have worked. The longer exposures are in...

Re: Sparkocam
You may be better off trying to use the folder monitor option in Sharpcap if you have software that can take images via the 1000d. Maybe Canon Utility? Make sure that your rotate images on the DSLR is switched off and you have RAW+JPG enabled too. Had a look at Sparkocam, it's pretty good.

Looks to be all good here. Had the mount running PEC with Sharpcap for over three hours. Thanks for the fix.

Re: Sharpcap interfering with EQMOD PEC
One thing I've noticed is that while PEC is running the tracking rate in Sharpcap is shown as off with a ? where the tracking symbol is, but when PEC isn't issueing a correction the star symbol for sidereal appears and tracking turns on. The ? symbol reappears and the tracking button turns off(EQMOD...
