Are you saving a fits or a PNG stacked image as the original header was for a PNG image and I think FITS Lib only loads fits files so if the Stacked image is indeed a PNG you must be loading one of the individual subs if viewing in FITS Lib. Not sure if it can be added in the header but you can add it to the filename automatically and create a new folder for each filter.

Hi Robin,
That works fine were as originally I was clearing then hitting pause, now I pause refocus like suggested then hit clear that clears the image then resumes on its own and generates the folder as expected thanks for the help.
