One thing that might be helpful to some is to put a contextual help for when Sharpcap detects problems. For example, when it warns you that the last 5 images haven't stacked, maybe a guided help pane could provide common suggestions for correcting the problem and be setting aware. So for instance if...

Thanks for the tips. I don't recall off hand but I think the gain goes up quite a bit more. But I'm doing video astronomy, which is why I crank the gain. The purpose is to see it near live. I don't think I'd change it. I like that it stands out. If my images are stacking smoothly, it wouldn't concern me but if they aren't it's nice to see a red flag as to a possible cause.

It would be nice to be able to select an object in a frame and have Sharpcap center that object in the field of view without having to bump the hand controller. As a workaround, you could remove indexes that you know won't solve given your image scale/focal length. That way, Sharpcap won't search through them because they're not there.
