Hi the camera I have does not have ‘s’ at the end. I bought the camera this month (November). It says on the box that it can be used for guiding as it has a guide port.

The whole laptop freezes once the program crashes and the only thing I can do is turn off the power. It does not let me close Sharpcap or anything. Hi Robin it is the whole computer. But as I said it has only begun too happen since I installed the drivers for ZWO camera, could there be an issue as I already have the drivers for my two other cameras.

Thanks for the reply. I was trying to upload the latest version which I think is 3. 0.4016, released November. No I was not in Sharpcap, would it over write the older version if I was to open it then update?
