That is another Avast PC with the symptoms.
Can you open a command prompt and post the output of the ver command please, so I can see which version of Windows you are using.

It turns out that the ZWO 120 in question has an electronic fault and is being returned to the vendor - the owner emailed me (it was in relation to a thread on the Altair Google Group).

Mark I had a look at the APU-1 manual. If you have the base model, then a frame grabber is needed for computer capture.
