Re: Live Stack with Flat Frame Bug?
I believe this is more of a 294 issue. I have not experienced these issues with a ASI071MC Pro or a ASI1600MC Cool. I have had similar issues with my first 294 and it was replaced under warranty. The current 294 seems to be much better and I see very little gradient when using an Idas D1. However, w...

Re: Drop Frames ASI1600MMCool
I was on NSN last night with the ASI294MC Pro and in the beginning I dropped frames 3 separate times before things settled down and there was no issue for the rest of the evening. Here are three log files taken after each dropped frame incident.

Calibration Frames with Flip
Robin, I noticed that my SC calibration frames don't track the flip settings. Is that normal or should they track the image orientation?

Re: Drop Frames ASI1600MMCool
I just took some darks with the ASI294MCPro inside and when capturing at 120sec I got up to 5 frames out of 10 and it started to drop all frames. I was using another 6 foot USB3 cable (doesn't seem to make a difference as to cable). As usual once I get past the initial drop frame sequence I don't ex...

Re: ASI294MCPro Sensor Library
Would you please let me know if at some time you find that even the 3.1 data is possibly not correct. ZWO did change the SDK in August and they changed the dark noise data for the 294.
Thanks,
Don

Re: Drop Frames ASI1600MMCool
I connected the ASI294MC Pro to my comouter's USB3 port with the cable that comes with the camera. When changing exposure settings the camera started todrop frames and I unchecked and rechecked the camera under the Cameratab. From that point the camera continued to work fine without dropping frames....

ASI294MCPro Sensor Library
The data in version 3.2 for the ZWO ASI294MC-Raw16.json in Sensor Library appears to have a problem. First off when using the brain it reports back for a unity gain setting of 220. Unity gain for this camera is 120. Also the file indicates that the BitDepth is 12 when it is 14. Looking at the files ...
