Can Sensor Analysis be saved and transported
Hi Robin:
Where is Sensor Analysis saved? Can the file be transported from laptop to laptop following the astro-camera it is associated with?
I am thinking of making a library of sensor analyses if this is possible and not having to redo one each time.

16 bit and 8 bit
Hi Robin:
The manual suggests running SA in 16 bit and 8 bit. Won't the 8 bit version if executed after the 16 sensor analysis over write it?

Sensor Analysis done in HCG
Hi Robin:
I ran sensor analysis on two of my cameras in HCG (High Conversion Gain) mode. Does that mean smart histogram will give me Gain and Exposure settings for HCG mode for a total integration time of 1 hour?

Re: Sensor Analysis Mallincamsky DS24C
Hi Dr. Glover:
Did a reset and reinstall of all programs of the computer connected to the DS10c camera then ran sensor analysis on it. No problem whatsoever.
What a relief to get the most out of Sharpcap and my Mallincamsky cameras.

Re: Sensor Analysis Mallincamsky DS24C
Robin: Problem was Windows 10. Lots of files had become corrupted over time. I did a reset of the computer and reinstalled all the applications. Sensor Analysis ran flawlessly on the DS24c. I will have to do a reinstall of Windows 10 on all my computers. They are all exhibiting odd behaviour. Dan Ka...

Transferring sensor analysis
I cannot run sensor analysis on one of my laptops. How can I transfer sensor analysis from the laptop it executed on to the laptop to which the camera would be normally attached to?
