There's plenty of other useful buttons and sliders in Sharpcap one can play with

I can safely assume that leaving these sliders at default is for the best, at least for the deep sky imaging I'm trying to enjoy.

For some reason beyond me, the pds line of sw reflectors is not available in USA. However, i was not hit with customs/import charges when I received it, so hopefully it would be a straightforward purchase for you.

Yes it is and I ordered it from FLO back in march I think. It arrived here on long island in 2-3 days with dhl iirc. It's a wonderful telescope and superb value for money, so much so that I own two ( one in Cyprus for when I go back home for holidays). Here's how I mount the guidescope.
