Thanks.
But you intended exposure tag in still or sequence template.
As you can see in my screenshot, i mean exposure tag in stack template and stack processed template. Could you please confirm if my stack templates are correct?

Re: Filter in Filename
Robin I still can't get {Exposure} to work, at least with the test cameras. I can make it appear in the filename template, but it doesn't show up in the final filename. Did you test your template with {exposure} in it, to see if it actually produced a correct filename for an actual image? Paul As i...

Re: Saving the camera settings in livestacking
You can do most of this in the name of the files as I set up the raw frames naming convention So Light Frame / Red Filter / 90 second exposure / 75 gain / offset 10 Light_R_90s_75_Gain_10_Offset__00001.fits Cheers Nick I set as a tag in the raw file naming "single frame exposure" but even...

Re: ASI294 overexposed? Vignetting/weird colors even with flats
The image attached to this post didn't render ASI294 for flats try these settings. 0 brightness, gain 150-300, exposure 250 - 350 ms. Exposure time and gain settings really depend on what you're using to illuminate your scope to take your flats. Use the SharpCap flats tool and turn on the histogram...

Re: Brain giving strange results
I tried the Brain in the new version with my ASI294 3.2.5982?? Uploaded yesterday? For Max. Dynamic Range it gave an optimal gain reading of 121 and an exposure of 6 sec. I don't think this is correct. Don Did you redo sensor analysis? I hope so... Gain 121 for 6 sec gives almost completely dark im...

Re: Brain giving strange results
If you are using the ASI294 Sensor Library profile in ver 3.2 it is not correct. You will need to over write it using the one in the Sensor Library from the ver 3.1. Don Exactly... I supposed this because from 3.2 version, brain is completely useless. It gives value with no sense compared as given ...

Re: Use only flat correction: impossible??
Thanks robin. Tonight flats correction applied correctly without dark, so is possible to use just flats without darks. Basically it isn't correct as you explained, but tonight sharpczp accepted only flats correction without dark. No strange behaviour like in my image posted above. But tonight i use ...

Re: Brain giving strange results
Last night brain recommended me these settings...
But after applied those settings that brain recommended, the image was so dark that live stacking wasn't able to stack each image (it was obvious with these settings)...

Re: Use only flat correction: impossible??
Thanks for exhaustive explanation. So is that sharpcap effect normal if i use only flat correction? I didn't do any sort of stretching histogram, just use flat correction, as you can see in the live stacking screenshot here nodark_flat_screenshot.jpg So from your explanation, it isn't useful to use ...

Re: Brain giving strange results
In my situation bothr with lps idas filter mounted, and without it, the brain gives more or less the same result.
Sky brigthness measured with idas filter: 2-3
Without filter: 5-6
Brain suggest gain 120 and exposure 15-18 sec, with 10% read noise limit.
