Do you mean these settings?
Creating mono flat and not using bias frame. Histogram looks OK.
I wonder if too if this is an issue of the odd pixels combined with the fact its a colour sensor?

Did a few more investigations on this last night. To begin with, I tried using Astro Live, and performed a flat capture on this (10 averages), which worked fine, and after applying the flat, none of the effects shown in sharpcap occured, and the image was lovely and flat afterwards. Also here is a link to the raw image that is used to create the flat....so if I understand correctly this is averaged 10 times to create the flat

Hi Robin,
Last night was finally a clear evening, and I managed to try stacking again but this time using Sharpcap 3.2
I had no issues getting stacking work with this software version, so whatever is different between the two version certainly helped
