Re: Gradient Slider in Live Stack
Hi Robin, I just started back with some astrophotography after a long hiatus. I uninstalled my old version and I don't have a screen shot. But I did find it being used in a YouTube video (SC v2.7). Here's a link, the demonstrator starts using it around 3:40 into the video. It's the slider that chang...

Gradient Slider in Live Stack
I miss the gradient slider in the live stack histogram.
Can that be added back... or is there a setting/plugin for the current version that gives that control back?
I know it is really post processing, but so is the live stack in general, and it's great for EAA.
Thanks!
Bill

WiFi Camera Connection
I'm wondering if it is possible to connect my ZWO cameras to SharpCap via a wifi connection... like through the ASIAir device.
I was thinking about getting an ASIAir, but only if I can use it with SharpCap.

Re: Retrieve Sensor Analysis Table
Thanks Dave. Yes, I still have those sensor characteristic files. What I'm wondering is how to extract the data from those files in human readable form, like the results table you get at the end of the sensor analysis... see below: Gain Value e/ADU Read Noise (e) Full Well (e) Relative Gain Rel. Gai...

Re: ASI294MCPro Sensor Library
I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I completed a sensor analysis on my ASI294MC-Pro that I purchased in October. There was a default sensor analysis that SharpCap loaded before I ran my own sensor analysis that had the unusual unity gain level. After running the sensor analysis, the brain came up...

Retrieve Sensor Analysis Table
Hi All, I've lost my spreadsheet where I had saved the sensor analysis data table for my cameras. I'm referring to the data table that you can copy and paste once a sensor analysis is completed. Is there anyway to retrieve the data table again after you close the sensor analysis window? I'm sure all...

Collimation Aid for SCTs
I was wondering if you could expand the experimental collimation tool for Newtonians to include something for SCTs (or maybe add a different tool). Showing an average diffraction pattern and measuring the FWHM of a single star at prime focus works great for this. I suppose you could just stack frame...

Re: Drop Frames ASI1600MMCool
I found that an overloaded usb hub was also causing me some issues. Can you download and run USBtreeView https://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtreeview_e.html and post back an image of the graphical USB representation on the left hand side? That might tell us if there is something you might try disconnecting...
