I have essentially the same FLIR USB camera (IMX249 rather than IMX174) and it works with FLIR's FlyCap Viewer, but not with the latest SharpCap v3.1.5214 even though c:\windows\SysWOW64\msvcp140.dll exists and I installed SharpCap PreRequisits and PtGreyVideoEncoder_v140.zip.
