Hi Robin,
It seems that QHY has disabled any new users from joining the groups! See screen capture:
So, it seems that I cannot report the bug.

Re: Problems with PoleMaster
Hi Robin, Is it possible for you to get or borrow a PoleMaster? I think this will speed up debugging and convince the qhy developers that something is wrong. A previous post by mwg3656 says that SharpCap 3.2.5986 (but not the latest version 3.2.6062) works with the latest version of qhyccd.dll also ...

Re: Problems with PoleMaster
Cytan Looking at your image and the USB settings - these might not be optimum. I have a QHY5LII-M running on SC 3.2.6062, using an i3 laptop and connected to a USB2 port. For the USB rate settings - Speed and USB Traffic - I am using 2 (Speed) & 0 (USB Traffic) and running with 30% gain. The US...

Re: Problems with PoleMaster
Finally, I upped the gain from the above and frames are being collected. And I get a white screen again.
Note: I tried changing the gain and the frame rate changes. Higher gain gives higher frame rate. Very strange!

Re: Problems with PoleMaster
I exited Sharpcap so that it remembers that the gain setting is at 1.
Restarted Sharpcap and did this:
Experiment 2:
Reset
Gain is already at 1. Notice that there are NO frames that get collected! Black screen (because the cap on the PoleMaster is on) This is weird!

Re: Problems with PoleMaster
Hi, Please could someone test what happens when you turn down the gain value with the latest SDK? Qhy have suggested that perhaps a high gain value may be the issue causing the whiteout of the image, and I'd like to get back to them with hard data as to whether that does help or not. Cheers, Robin ...

Re: Problems with PoleMaster
I had exactly the same problem with a new Polemaster just purchased 7/31/19. I solved it by changing from SharpCap 3.2.6062 back to 3.2.5986, but I was able to use the latest version (150915) of the QHY drivers. Of special note; I would get pop-up message regarding "Adjusting USB traffic contr...

Re: Problems with PoleMaster
Yes, the problem is with qhyccd.dll. I copied the old version (3.2.6020) over the new version (3.2.6062) and Sharpcap 3.2.6062 now works with Polemaster.
I’d prefer that you report this bug to qhy because you have more details of the sdk than I do.
Thanks!

Re: Problems with PoleMaster
Hi, There's no extra image control that I see. See attached pic. I think I've found the problem: there is a Sharpcap regression. I went back to 3.2.6020.0 and PoleMaster displays correctly. Going to 3.2.6062.0, PoleMaster displays incorrectly. However here are other experiments that I did: Notation:...
