Re: Dithering Costs a Whole Frame
Hi Robin, For the last three nights dithering in v.6110 is working. The only difference from the previous nights when it didn't perform properly is that I was using the ASI1600 mono and these last few days the ASI294MC Pro. Hope that may be a clue to why it didn't initially work when using the ASI16...

Re: Too much red with AWB in Live Stack
Hi Robin,
I was wondering if there was any advances in resolving the Auto Color Balance in Live Stack.
This may be naively oversimplified but could the ADU levels of the Red and Blue be servoed to the Green channel in Live Stack?
Don

Re: Dithering Costs a Whole Frame
Robin, An update on my dithering issue. It seems that every other dither worked properly. When the Pause was not initially released a short exposure frame is dropped (not ignored) and the timing bar count's up and quits and then the imaging exposure restarts the timing bar with Pause still in effect...

Re: Dithering Costs a Whole Frame
Hi Robin, Tnx for the dither upgrade. Unfortunately for me the resume doesn't always occur and it drops a 1sec frame when this happens. I either manually resume or let it resume on the next exposure. Sometimes it works and alternates and then it will not resume for several exposures. Don SCLog0921-2...

Re: Too much red with AWB in Live Stack
Well I was hoping that the AWB in live stack would be able to handle the LPS filters like the Idas P2 or Idas D1. When using these filters with my ASI294 I am unable to get a white balance under Image Controls and end up with the Red channel set to 99 and still not getting the red to match the green...

Re: Live Stack with Flat Frame Bug?
Hi, My approach is to never touch the colour balance controls that come with the camera (leave them at their default settings or set them back to those if you have changed already). The problem is that for most cameras the colour balance is performed as a digital manipulation of the post ADC image ...
