Re: Eclipse sequence - Dark, even, horizontal banding on the really short exposures
I am seeing banding. Not random banding, but more like stripes of evenly-spaced dark horizontal bands. Hi, Are those bandings parallel or do they have a common circular center. They could be Newton rings and there you can tilt the camera to0g et rid of them. Post an image to really see what your pr...

Re: eclipse settings
Hi, Adding to my message of yesterday I am running again a full time test, 2220 images for 3h5m and the discrepancy after 1h3m is 3 images which is acceptable. I did set the interval to 4 seconds which means as I wrote yesterday a pause of 1+ms second for downloading and starting the counter again. ...

Re: eclipse settings
Hi, I am right now testing the Time lapse capture feature of SharCap and found out that a time pause of 5 seconds is more likely ~6 seconds as the time starts to run again after downloading the image. I am running parallel to a SharpCap session another session using the very old Lucam Recorder softw...

Re: Delete entries in ROI list
Hi Robin, Thanks. That is not an elegant solution IMHO. The list grows and grow when one tries to get the best size. Why not just select the entry to delete and press delete key? Just a suggestion. Anyhow. Thanks and I will edit the registry. regards Rainer 5 minutes later WOW, this is worse then I ...

Delete entries in ROI list
Hi,
I searched nearly everywhere but did not find how to delete entry settings in the ROI list.
How do I do that?
Thanks Rainer

Re: Focuser control
Hi Robin,
I was thinking about it and I guess we could say that Positive is adding steps and Negative is substracting steps?

Focuser control
Hi,
I have version 4.1.11786.0 running and I would like to know if there is a possibility to change the words Negative and Positive to IN and OUT as it was before.
Positive and Negative is not very logical IMHO
Thanks Rainer
