Re: Meade LPI-G Advanced - ROI?
Fantastic! I installed the new version and it picked up the Meade camera immediately. I'm seeing options and frame rates I've never seen before :) Cloudy, so I don't know when I'll have a chance to to a proper test, but it looks very promising! I did have a freeze and a crash after lowering ROI to 8...

Re: Touch friendly UI/UX
How about putting them side by side instead of one on top of the other? Or even on either side of the number instead of both of the right? sharpcapForTouch.jpg That would keep the same vertical size and make it much easier for "fat fingers" to click the right button. By the way, if it were...

Re: Touch friendly UI/UX
Here's a common example: When I'm in the Configure Capture screen and I want to change the length of the capture I have two options: 1. Enter a number of frames - and then I need to open the tablet's virtual keyboard (which is fiddly) or 2. Change the exposure time either with the virtual keyboard o...

Touch friendly UI/UX
Hi, I often use my tablet to control SharpCap running on a minipc. The RDP works fine but the interface is a little... fiddly, sometimes :) I'm obviously not asking for a complete re-implementation/re-skin, but there are two things I thought of: 1. Perhaps take the "top-ten functions" and ...

Re: Meade LPI-G Advanced - ROI?
Do you think it might also be possible to perform a workaround?
i.e. when you identify a camera with the Ids VID_0547&PID_E009 consider it to be TOUPCAM_MODEL_G3M178M for all intents and purposes and use the ToupTek SDK?
Thanks,
Robert

Re: Meade LPI-G Advanced - ROI?
And if I understand this correctly, INDI simply treats these cameras as ToupCam too -

Mine is probably TOUPCAM_MODEL_G3M178M or TOUPCAM_MODEL_G3M178M_2, I suppose
Thanks in advance!

Re: Meade LPI-G Advanced - ROI?
I've installed 4.1.113880.0 but it hasn't detected my camera
DirectShow and ASCOM work the same as they always have.
Is there anything additional I might have had to do?
All i did was install and launch the new version.
