Hmmmm.... I just implemented a USB hub to accommodate an additional device (SX-AO). It was surprisingly inexpensive (or should I say "cheap"?). Have you had any experience with specific brands or with certain hub specifications that might avoid this problem?

I'm having the same problem. I'm using 4.1 (64bit). Qhy183C and Lodestar cameras are both doing that. Very frustrating!

I spent three plus hours on the "remote support" line with QHY with a similar problem -- I was not able to get MetaGuide to see any signal from the QHY5III178C guide camera. It needs to serve MetaGuide with an SER file format but it can only serve the WDM Broadcast with either RAW8 or RGB2...

I have the QHY5III178C. Changing to Force Still Mode does not prevent the timer from "going negative".

The is a third party script for Siril that has a star-reduction function. I've used it -- it's drawback is that it shrinks all stars an equal percentage. Sensor analysis may also help with this. Gain and exposure are your two best controls.... as a newbie myself, I'm realizing this is why this is as...
