Attached is the log file you requested. Hopefully, it contains the needed information. Whe I choose the focuser option, Sharpcap seems to go into some sort of infinite loop and ant only way to terminate is to Crtl-Alt-Delete and use the task manager.

That is not possible. When I tried to load Sharpcap, I got the windows illustrated in Fig 1. When I pressed cancel in the upper right window in Fig 1, I got Fig 2. The log file from the previous post is what was output by clicking the link in Fig 2. What to do now? Thanks, as always!
