Robin, So spent some time trouble shooting this. (1) I updated all of the firmware on my camera. (2) I downloaded the Latest FlyCapture II Full SDK. Mode 0 mode 1 and moved 5 are the only options

My screen is the same as yours (see below).
I also looked into the custom video mode (also below).
Under the Mode pull-down menu on this screen modes 0, 1, and 5 are available, but there is not a mode 7.
